Welcome to The Wildest Bloom. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 The Wildest Bloom provides locally grown, seasonal, and foam-free flowers for daily deliveries, events, and weddings.
1.2 All orders placed through this website are subject to availability, pricing, and acceptance by The Wildest Bloom.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

 

2. Orders

2.1 Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment.
2.2 We aim to deliver flowers as scheduled, but we cannot guarantee delivery times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2.3 For weddings and large events, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Remaining balances are due 4 weeks prior to the event unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 All prices are in AUD.
3.2 Payment is accepted via the methods available at checkout.
3.3 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on the website.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

Daily Flower Deliveries

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on fresh flower orders.

  • If there is an issue (damaged flowers or incorrect delivery), contact us within 2 hours of delivery. Photos may be requested.

  • Valid complaints may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

DIY Flower Buckets

  • Custom-prepared DIY buckets cannot be returned.

  • Refunds are not offered once collected or delivered unless flowers arrive in unacceptable condition.

  • Concerns must be raised within 2 hours of receipt with supporting photos.

Wedding Flowers

  • Wedding florals are custom-made and non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be notified in writing. Refunds (excluding the booking fee) may be considered at our discretion depending on notice and costs incurred.

General Notes

  • Flowers are natural and seasonal; variations in colour, size, and bloom stage are normal.

  • We may make thoughtful substitutions if specific blooms are unavailable, matching the style and value of your order.

  • We are not responsible for flowers once delivered or collected, including items left in a safe place.

5. Delivery and Collection

5.1 Delivery areas, times, and fees are outlined on the website.
5.2 We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.
5.3 If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave them in a safe place

6.1 All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, is owned by The Wildest Bloom or used with permission.
6.2 You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute content without prior written consent.

 

7. Liability

7.1 To the extent permitted by law, The Wildest Bloom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or products.
7.2 Our liability for defective or incorrect flowers is limited to replacement or store credit at our discretion.
