WHO IS THE PETAL MENU BEST SUITED TO? Our Petal Menu is perfect for couples who want beautiful flowers without the overwhelm. If you’re happy to leave the finer details to us and just want everything to look amazing, this option is made for you.
WHEN WILL MY FLOWERS ARRIVE? In the days leading up to your wedding, we’ll check in to go over all the details and make sure everything’s on track. We’ll typically deliver your flowers a few hours before the ceremony, but if you have any questions about delivery, don’t hesitate to send us an email — we’re here to help!
BUT I WANT AN ABUNDANT CEREMONY FEATURE PIECE AND A STATEMENT PIECE AT THE RECEPTION? We’d be so happy to dream up something beautiful for your day. Larger custom pieces — like ceiling installations, ceremony features, and full reception florals — are available as part of The Full Bloom Service.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? We deliver anywhere in the Sutherland Shire for a flat fee of $200. Heading a bit further? No worries — delivery outside the Shire is $200 plus $1 per km (round trip) from our studio. If your wedding is a little out of the way, we can meet you at a central spot to hand off your flowers. And if it’s really far, we’re happy to recommend a lovely florist in your area who’ll take great care of you.
I WANT SOMETHING SMALL THAT ISN'T ON THE MENU We keep our menu intentionally limited, focusing on our most popular designs that offer great value and impact. If you’re after floral pieces beyond what’s listed, our Full Bloom Service is the right fit for more customised, large-scale designs.
CAN I PICK MY FLOWERS UP FROM YOU? We do offer a pick-up option, but we don’t usually recommend it — transporting flowers is trickier than it looks! If you choose to collect them yourself, we can’t take responsibility for how they arrive. For a stress-free experience, we suggest opting for delivery on the day so it’s one less thing to worry about (and your flowers arrive looking their best).
WHAT COLOURS CAN I CHOOSE FROM? We’ve handpicked some seriously stunning colour palettes — pick the one that speaks to you, and we’ll fill it with the best blooms of the season. Click here to take your pick!
WHEN'S THE BEST TIME TO ORDER? We recommend placing your order at least 2 months before your wedding day to secure your spot. That said, if you're a little closer to the date — we’ve got you! We’re happy to take orders up to 2 weeks out, depending on availability.
WHY AREN'T CERTAIN PIECES OFFERED AS PART OF THE PETAL MENU? We’ve picked the best of the bunch — beautiful, simple, and full of impact. Designed in our signature style, these pieces are made to give you the most bang for your buck.
HOW DO I PAY? Just pop your order through online and pay in full at checkout. We accept most major cards, and once it’s done, you can tick flowers off your to-do list.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I GET A REFUND? If you cancel more than 30 days before your delivery date, we’ll happily refund 75% of your payment. For cancellations within 30 days of your delivery date, we’re unable to offer a refund.
WILL YOU COPY A DESIGN I LIKE? Every couple is one-of-a-kind, and your wedding flowers should reflect that! While we can absolutely take inspiration from the design you love, we’ll infuse our own signature style to create something that’s truly unique to you. After all, your flowers should be as unforgettable as your love!
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? You’re welcome to make changes if your flower delivery is more than 30 days away. However, we’re unable to accept changes within 30 days of your delivery date.
Thoughtful Approach
Our wedding florals reflect our deep respect for nature. We exclusively use local, in-season flowers and never rely on floral foam, even for large installations. Though it takes extra effort, it’s possible with careful planning—and it feels great to support the Earth.
