1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by The Wildest Bloom. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services
The Wildest Bloom provides garden design, planting, maintenance, and related garden services. All work is carried out with care, experience, and consideration for the individual nature of each space.
As gardens are living environments, outcomes may vary depending on seasonal conditions, weather, soil, plant health, and ongoing maintenance.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Where additional work, materials, or time is required beyond the original scope, this may incur additional charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.
Prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Payment is required as agreed prior to or on completion of works unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Late payments may result in delays to future services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover time reserved and preparation costs.
6. Access & Site Conditions
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property during scheduled work times.
Any known hazards, pets, or site restrictions should be disclosed prior to commencement.
The Wildest Bloom is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, underground services, or structural issues not visible at the time of assessment.
7. Living Materials Disclaimer
Plants are living products and their success depends on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil, ongoing care, and environmental conditions. While we select and plant with care, we cannot guarantee the long-term performance of any plant material.
8. Sustainability & Materials
Where possible, The Wildest Bloom uses reclaimed materials, sustainable practices, and environmentally considered methods. Availability may vary based on supply and site conditions.
9. Photography & Content
Photos or videos of completed work may be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.
10. Liability
The Wildest Bloom takes reasonable care in all work carried out but is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for the purpose of providing services and communication related to your enquiry or booking.
