Lavender Leaf Heat Pack Instructions
You may have just received lavender leaf heat pack in the mailbox or you've returned home after picking one or two up from the markets. You can't wait to feel warm and toasty, there are just a few important care and usage instructions to follow
What you should find:
Heat pack
Washable cover
Additional items you will need:
Microwave
How to heat:
Remove the washable cover and set aside
Place heat pack in the microwave (on a plate in case the internal of the microwave is dirty)
Heat on high in 30 second intervals until it's nice and warm
BE SURE NOT TO OVERHEAT AS TO NOT START A FIRE OR BURN YOUR SKIN
After heating:
Remove the heat pack from the microwave and put the cover on
How to care for your heat pack:
Your heat pack cover will help keep your heat pack clean and fresh
Your heat pack cover is machine washable, wash as required
You may lightly spot clean your heat pack, however if your heat pack is wet you will most likely need to throw it away as this will cause the ingredients inside to go mouldy

Rose petals (if you have selected our lavender and rose blend)
Medium grain white rice
